Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide! Some restrictions may apply based on your location, but we strive to get your order to you wherever you are.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-demand periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be delayed by a few days, but we’ll always keep you informed of any changes.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location)
Please note: These are estimates, and delivery times can vary depending on the shipping carrier and unforeseen delays like customs or weather issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package and know exactly when it will arrive. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PawsMoon is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If the tracking number confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to the carrier or your local post office.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging materials and items. Take pictures of the damage, and contact us within 48 hours so we can work on resolving the issue.
